People buy and sell in times of great personal change: a promotion, a new baby. And yes, a divorce, or loss of a loved one. I get it, most people don’t do this every day. My hands-on approach lets me take care of everything, so you can move on with living.

As for who I am?

Some might say I’m a quick-witted Boston-born realtor with a sharp sense of humor and an uncanny ability to read a room. I pride myself on my ability to effortlessly navigate high-stakes negotiations while keeping the mood light. I’ve worked hard, and I’ve earned my place in this industry. I also have a knack for turning potential deal-breakers into hilarious anecdotes, putting my clients at ease, even when things get stressful. As an East Coast transplant - who moved quite often as a child - I intimately understand the importance of finding your true home and community. Twenty years ago I found my own home here in Portland, and having lived in four of Portland’s six quadrants, I have a strong perspective on this city’s unique neighborhoods and micro-markets.

My nearly 15 years of experience translating wants, needs, gut feelings, and lofty aspirations always leads to the perfect house for each individual client. Looking for residential properties, a solid investment, or relocation services? I’m ready for every challenge.

Once your home is market ready, I will provide a comprehensive marketing plan by researching recent statistics of homes sold nearby, and we’ll determine our list price together. Obviously you have the ultimate say on how this part goes, but my many years of experience and innate ability to read the market means I’m usually pretty spot on.
